This revolutionary car wash company approached us for marketing support before launching its first location. They were building a membership-based premium car wash service and needed to create brand awareness and spread the word about their grand opening. Their goal was to have 500 members sign-up once their first location opened.

SOLUTION

The TDG team developed a pre-launch strategy to roll out advertising support. We gathered email addresses of potential customers and built hype around the grand opening of their new location with fun and vibrantly designed email blasts. We ran a range of Google Ads and paid social media and implemented a social media contest giving away free memberships to grow their followers and awareness. TDG designed and developed a new website, including a custom pop-up offering a free wash code so that potential customers could experience the “Halo difference”. As an entirely new business, we were able to develop branding from the ground up and raise brand awareness with several videos produced to educate consumers, as well as print materials including signage, leave-behinds, business cards, and many others.

RESULTS

Halo exceeded its membership goal very quickly. Within just three months of launching their first location, they had successfully signed up over 800 members for their Unlimited Wash Membership. Their social media channels reached over 2,400,000 users and received nearly 12,000 clicks through targeted digital marketing and paid social media. Their website traffic also increased by several thousand as users visited the website to collect a free wash code and sign up for a membership. The opening of their first location was wildly successful, leading the client to open multiple others in the following years using similar launch strategies and TDG support to grow the business.
