New Form Tools (NFT), an industry leader in specialty saw blades and cutting systems, set out to expand its presence in the Mexican market. With a goal to introduce their premium products to a new customer base, NFT also needed to ensure that their brand image remained consistent and compelling across both English and Spanish-speaking audiences.

SOLUTION
TDG Marketing crafted a bilingual strategy to drive NFT’s market expansion while maintaining brand cohesion. This included producing print materials in both Spanish and English and carefully aligning messaging to resonate with Mexican customers while upholding NFT’s established brand identity. To further support NFT's outreach, we launched a series of targeted Google Search Ads, designed to drive website traffic and enhance brand awareness within the region. NFT also hired a bilingual sales representative to directly engage with potential customers, fostering meaningful connections and generating valuable leads.
RESULTS
TDG’s targeted bilingual approach delivered impressive engagement and growth in online visibility for NFT. The campaign generated 123,390 impressions, achieving a click-through rate of 4.35% with 5,374 clicks. The cost-per-click averaged at $1.11, bringing a substantial 66,319 views to the website. Through a culturally attuned, strategic campaign, TDG effectively supported New Form Tools in expanding their reach, helping NFT connect with new customers and achieve their growth goals in Mexico.
