At TDG Marketing, we've always known that our secret sauce lies in the exceptional individuals who make up our dynamic crew. And today, we're excited to shine another spotlight on one of our own. Bree is as friendly and fun to be around as she is creative, talented, and dedicated to her craft. Intrigued? Let’s get to know her a bit better:
Meet Bree…
How long have you been with TDG?
I joined TDG in May 2020 as the first remote hire, and I've since contributed my skills and expertise for over three years.
What does your typical workday look like?
I start my workday with a big old cup of coffee while I check my workload for the day. I focus on swift tasks like creating social media graphics, brainstorming TikTok ideas, fine-tuning images, and helping other team members with quick tasks. After lunch (usually some sugary cereal), I tackle larger projects such as posters, flyers, webpage designs, reports, brochures, you name it!
I find this workday setup keeps my mornings dynamic and my afternoons highly productive.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
One of the more challenging parts of designing is translating a client's vision into a tangible design. This is a talent that takes time and patience to develop, but it is also one of the most rewarding parts of my job when we hit the mark perfectly!
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Seeing our designs come to life is incredibly rewarding. I take great pride in showcasing our work to my fiancé and exclaiming, "WE MADE THAT!" Witnessing our creations resonate with audiences and positively impact our clients is deeply fulfilling and makes all the effort worth it.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Beyond work, I regularly attend yoga and other gym classes to help get some of my energy out after sitting all week! I love thrifting and enjoy finding as many weird, strange, and odd collectables as I can!
Final Thoughts from Bree:
Working at TDG has transformed both my professional and personal life. I am fortunate to be part of a team that values not only my contributions at work but also my well-being outside of it. TDG's commitment to employees' lives and health makes it a rare and valuable workplace, and I'm grateful to be a part of such a tight-knit group!
We are thrilled to share that Bree was recently promoted to the role of Senior Graphic Designer. Bree has brought so much to the TDG team and culture this year beyond her day-to-day design work. Her dedication and leadership, attention to detail, and incredible communication skills make her a valuable member of our team.
Congratulations again, Bree, and we can’t wait to see what your future at TDG brings.
