In our ongoing series of shining a spotlight on the incredible individuals that make up our TDG Marketing team, it's time to introduce you to Courtney (known to us as Courtney L…the more Courtney’s, the better) – a dynamic and driven team member who has brought her unique talents and vibrant energy to our TDG family quite recently. Let’s get to know her a little better, shall we?

Meet Courtney…

How long have you been with TDG?

I've been with TDG since May 29th, 2023. So, just about 3 months, but the time has flown by!

What does your typical workday look like?

First things first, I make myself a coffee or a tea because I definitely can't start my day without that. Afterwards, a typical day for me is ever-changing. From meeting with clients and co-workers to preparing briefs or campaigns, every day looks a little bit different. One of the things I love most about this job is that no two days or two projects are ever the same!

What is the most challenging part of your job?

I think the most challenging but most interesting part of my job is getting to learn all of the new industries. There is so much to absorb about every client, but I love having a more broad knowledge when it comes to each new sector I get to work in.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

I would say the most rewarding part of my job is seeing a project come to life. I love that I'm able to watch a project start from just an idea and then be part of making it into a reality. There's nothing more rewarding than that.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my friends and family. We always enjoy being together, whether we're at a concert or music festival, playing in our baseball league or spending time at someone's house. On top of that, I enjoy spending my free time woodworking and making 3D signs. It's so relaxing to me! Now, don't get me wrong, I enjoy being active and being with family and friends, but sometimes there is nothing better than lying on the couch watching your favourite TV series!

I am so excited to be a part of TDG Marketing. I can't wait to see what the future holds for me here!
