Jess is a quiet cornerstone of our design team at TDG Marketing, infusing every project with innate creativity and thoughtfulness. In the years she has been with us, her designs have spoken volumes about her talent and dedication, and she continues to impress us with her fresh perspective and instinctive understanding of visual harmony. Let’s get to know Jess a little better and find out what a typical day on Team TDG looks like for her.
Meet Jess…
How long have you been with TDG?
I have been with TDG for just a little over 3 years.
What does your typical workday look like?
A typical day begins with checking emails and notifications to prioritize tasks. I usually take the morning to work on high-priority projects or projects with longer time estimates. This allows me to switch between smaller tasks if I run into a design block or need a break. After lunch, I work on simpler tasks and revisions that may be needed by the end of the day.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
The most challenging part of my job would be the constant need for creativity and originality while maintaining the client's branding and achieving their vision.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The best part of my job is seeing the designs come to life. It is gratifying to see something you created out in the wild – to come across it in the real world!
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy taking care of my plants, going on walks, and spending time with my friends and family. I also enjoy thrifting, illustrating, and watching horrible reality TV.
