Our team is filled with amazing talent, like Stephen, who has been a steady force at our company for almost a decade. A Graphic Designer who knows how to hunker down and get the job done, Stephen has a strong eye for logos and knows how to push our designs to new heights. Curious what a day in the life of Stephen looks like on team TDG? Let’s find out:

Meet Stephen…

How long have you been with TDG?

I have been working at TDG for 9 years.

What does your typical workday look like?

To start the day, I sit down at the computer in my home office, coffee in hand, and start going through my emails and Google chats to see if there are any announcements before diving into my work schedule. I take a look through the list of projects I have and see what I have assigned to me for that day; then I start prioritizing what needs my attention first. Once I know what that is, I begin designing.

I'm a brunch kind of guy, so I'm usually the first one to take my lunch break shortly before noon. Once I've finished, I get back into work mode and plow away through the rest of my projects in the afternoon, making sure I'm updating our Client Services team on where things are at with my projects so that we're hitting our deadlines. With a few stretching breaks, a guitar jam, and maybe another coffee break, I finish out the afternoon.

What is the most challenging part of your job?

I think the most challenging part of my job is trying to help clients push their boundaries with designs that keep up with modern trends.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

For me, seeing designs go from the computer screen to out in the real world is very rewarding.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Outside of work, I like to go on walks and enjoy the outdoors. I work on little hobby projects at home and spend time with family and friends.

You have been such an integral part of team TDG for many years now, Stephen, and we hope you will be for many years more to come! Thanks for all your hard work.
