Communication is the name of the game. We'll start by having a website discovery meeting to gather all the key information required to make the project successful. Your own dedicated Client Services team member will go through a set of questions to ensure we get all the info we need upfront. Together we’ll talk through your specific needs, design preferences, and desired timeline, which all get put into a Web Scope Document to be reviewed by our Senior Graphic Designer so that we can provide you with an accurate quote for our services.
Once we get the go-ahead, we get started on a sitemap, design brief, and SEO document, which our copywriter uses to craft content that is both meaningful and SEO-friendly.

Using the design brief as a guide, your website will be designed to be accessible and responsive to different devices, with each page created in Adobe XD. Our designers then prototype the pages to show you, as well as our code team, how each page will function and where each link leads. 

Remember our emphasis on communication? We check in with you early in the design process to make sure we are on the right track. After the initial design of a Home Page and 1-2 additional internal pages is approved, our Graphics Team works their way through the rest of the site. Each stage of the project is extensively reviewed at multiple levels internally and will be shown to you for revisions and approval. Once approved, your site is packaged and sent to our code team, where it is brought to life.

We conduct a lot of quality assurance testing and make sure all links and features are running correctly before your site is ready to be revealed. Launch day is always fun, but it’s just the beginning of the journey.
