TDG Marketing opened its doors in the year 2000 as a one-man operation out of Owner and Founder, Barry English's, home. In the early years, he ran the business solo with the support of his wife, as well as his two daughters as the company progressed. In business now for over 20 years, TDG Marketing has kept true to its roots as a family-run company, though we are now a sizable team and a completely remote agency.

Daughter Mandy English-Parry was hired in 2014 as a Junior Account Coordinator and has worked through all the positions on the Client Services team. As of the start of 2023, Mandy has proudly taken over TDG as President and foresees continued growth for the future, framed around the TDG values we hold ourselves to as a company: Trust, Care, Innovation & Creativity, Communication, Growth, and Work/Life Balance.

While we have seen substantial growth over the years, a family business is still who we are at the core of TDG Marketing. We genuinely care about every team member and client we work with - and those relationships, shaped by our core values, continue to be what push our work to the next level.
