OUR M.O.

TDG Marketing is led by a strong leadership team who embody the TDG values, guide our processes, and oversee our day-to-day. Our company culture is such that every team member has a hand in constructing and reviewing our procedures, as well as pushing our brand forward and those of our clients.

OUR STORY

TDG Marketing opened its doors in the year 2000 as a one-man operation out of President and Founder, Barry English’s, home. In the early years, he ran the business solo with the support of his wife and now Chief Information Officer, Hazel. In business now for over 20 years, TDG Marketing has kept true to its roots as a family run company, though we are now a sizable team of 17 employees and growing.

Daughter, Carli English, joined TDG in 2007 and has held almost every role in our agency before settling in as our resident Copywriter for the long term. Mandy English was hired in 2014 as a Junior Account Coordinator and has worked through all the positions on the Client Services team, now hailing as our Managing Director.

A family business is who we are at the core of TDG Marketing. We genuinely care about every team member and client we work with and that relationship pushes our work to the next level.

TDG IN THE COMMUNITY

While we work with companies across the country on a global scale, giving back to our local communities is a priority. We donate our services to an array of worthy causes including the Mohawk Lake Project and Lifetime Achievement Awards for Outstanding Volunteerism. We have provided pro-bono services to The Rotary Club Paul Harris Awards, something dear to TDG President, Barry English’s, heart as a Paul Harris Fellow. Barry and a partner were also honoured to raise money and design a local Gretzky statue as a gift to our community, to honour the Gretzky family and all that they do for Brantford.

To maximize our giving potential, TDG named Lansdowne Children’s Centre as our “charity of choice”, offering a Managed Program relationship, free of charge. Managing Director, Mandy English-Parry, sits on the board for the Centre’s Foundation as Vice Chair.
